Plain, no fluff. Last updated: 28 May 2026.
Continuum is an experimental research prototype. The output is generated by an AI model from your uploaded documents, is not reviewed by a clinician, and has no clinical or diagnostic value. Do not use this brief to make any medical, treatment, or lifestyle decision. Always confirm anything that matters with a qualified healthcare professional.
Continuum is operated by Knightify FlexCo, registered with the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 666564 t, Rauchgasse 28 Top 2, 1120 Vienna, Austria. Full provider details in the Imprint.
Continuum is an experimental research prototype and a digital service. Continuum helps you organise your own medical documents for a conversation with your doctor. Concretely we provide: generation of a structured PDF summary ("Brief") from uploaded documents, visit preparation ("Visit Prep") with checklist and doctor-friendly questions, plain-language explanation of medical reports ("Simplifier"), post-visit reflection, question drafting, a chronological timeline of your saved briefs, and sharing of single briefs with a trusted person ("Caregiver access").
Content processing uses a language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (USA). Generated content is not reviewed by a clinician and may contain errors.
By using Continuum a contract is concluded between you and Knightify FlexCo for the provision of digital content and digital services free of charge within the meaning of § 1(1) of the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG, BGBl. I No 175/2021). The contract is concluded as soon as you actively use a function for the first time (e.g. tick the box for brief generation, create an account, submit a Visit Prep).

You may use Continuum without an account for a single brief generation. All other features (Visit Prep, Reflection, Simplifier, caregiver access, timeline, brief storage, mobile API) require an account. Three sign-in methods are available: email and password (at least twelve characters, checked against public breach lists), Google sign-in, or a passkey under the WebAuthn standard.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices confidential. Report suspicious activity immediately to [email protected].
Continuum is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid pricing that covers the cost of AI processing. Any such change will be announced to you in writing in advance, at least 30 days before it takes effect. No retroactive fees apply to content created or saved before the effective date. If you decline the new model, you can delete your account before the effective date without any disadvantage.
You may invite family members or caregivers by email to view a single brief. The invitation is valid for 72 hours. Invitees must have or create a Continuum account to open the brief. They receive read access, can download the brief, and cannot modify it. You may revoke access at any time; revocation is immediate. Every caregiver read is recorded in the application log for audit and security purposes (timestamp, caregiver id, owner id, brief id) and automatically removed after 30 days.
For a Visit Prep you may alternatively create a read-only share link that does not require sign-in. The link is valid for seven days; anyone with it can read the content. You may revoke the link at any time. Because the link grants read access without sign-in, we recommend this mode only for handover to the clinician during the visit itself, not for general sharing.
We delete uploaded original files immediately after AI processing. Structured content is stored encrypted in our database. Full details, including retention periods, legal bases, processors, and your rights as a data subject, are in our Privacy policy.
Content processing of your documents and inputs is performed by the language model Claude, operated by Anthropic, PBC, San Francisco, USA. Anthropic acts as a processor under Article 28 GDPR and is contractually prohibited from using your data for model training and may store it only to process your request. The transfer to the US is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions. When the model is uncertain, we mark the output as low confidence. You should check every output against your source documents before a doctor visit.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows, technical incidents, or third-party outages may cause interruptions. For prolonged unavailability we notify account holders by email.
Continuum is provided to you free of charge on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty as to the correctness, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of any generated output. Information in a brief or other output does not replace medical examination, advice, or treatment.
Because we offer Continuum free of charge, Knightify FlexCo is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for personal injury, liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act (PHG), and mandatory consumer-protection provisions (KSchG) remain unaffected. In particular, liability for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties) and for the consequences of violating worthy legal positions remains unaffected to the extent required by mandatory Austrian law.
To the extent you use Continuum free of charge and your personal data is not processed as counter-performance within the meaning of § 1(1) of the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG), no paid distance contract within the meaning of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) is concluded, and accordingly no statutory right of withdrawal under § 11 FAGG arises. You may nevertheless terminate use at any time, without giving reasons, by deleting your account or by ceasing to use the service. If in the future we introduce paid features or process personal data as counter-performance, we will grant consumers the 14-day right of withdrawal under § 11 FAGG from conclusion of the contract; the exceptions in § 18 FAGG (in particular the expressly requested immediate performance of a digital service) remain reserved. We will inform you separately about withdrawal modalities and a model withdrawal form before any such contract is concluded.
You can delete your account at any time from the account area. This removes all saved briefs, Visit Preps, reflections, simplifications, caregiver records, caregiver invitations, consent logs, AI-request metadata, and API tokens immediately and irreversibly. Soft-deleted content is permanently removed 30 days later via daily cron jobs; account deletion bypasses this delay and removes everything at once.
We may terminate an account with reasonable notice for serious breach of these terms or, in case of abusive behaviour with imminent harm to other users, block it with immediate effect.
We may update these terms, for example to reflect new features, technical changes, or legal requirements. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to all account holders and by notice in the account area. If you disagree with the change, you can delete your account before the effective date without any disadvantage. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive venue for disputes with businesses is Vienna. For consumers domiciled or habitually resident in Austria or another EU Member State the general venue at the consumer's domicile applies under § 14 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's home country remain unaffected.
Consumers may file complaints with the EU online dispute resolution platform under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If any provision of these terms is found wholly or partially unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The unenforceable provision is replaced by the rule that comes closest to its economic purpose while remaining compatible with mandatory law.
