What this is not

Continuum does not diagnose, does not interpret lab values, and does not replace clinical judgement. It organises what the patient uploaded and answered in plain questions modelled on an intake conversation. Accuracy depends on the source, exactly like any patient-reported history.

The starting point. A Continuum brief is a starting point for the conversation, not a substitute for it. It shows what it is based on, so you decide what to verify.

Questions family doctors ask us

Is this a diagnostic tool?

No. Continuum sorts and summarises what the patient brings. It does not name a condition, suggest a treatment or make a diagnosis. Interpretation stays with you.

Who is responsible if something in the brief is wrong?

A brief is based on what the patient uploaded and reported, the same as any history a patient brings in. It does not replace checking the original documents, and it is not a verified clinical document.

Do I need to install or sign up for anything?

No. Continuum sits entirely on the patient's side. You receive a PDF, printed or digital, like any other document they bring along.

Is the patient's data secure?

Documents travel over an encrypted connection and are deleted once the brief is ready. If the patient saves the brief, it is stored encrypted until they delete it. See our security page for details.
