Prepare for a doctor visit

In the sidebar, choose "Prepare a visit". Four short sections give you space to describe what is going on. Only the Reason field is required. The rest is optional, take or leave it.

Continuum turns your words into one calm page you can hand to your clinician. We do not formulate a diagnosis along the way.

If you have mentioned something similar before, a "You mentioned this before" hint quietly appears. Whether to bring it up again is your call.

Understand a report in plain language

Open "Explain a report" in the sidebar. Paste the text of a report, a doctor letter, or a lab result. Continuum explains the terms in plain language and flags what is worth clarifying with your clinician.

We explain. We do not interpret. What the values mean for you is the clinician's call. Our job is to help you ask the question clearly.

After the visit: nothing slips away

Once the appointment is over, a calm prompt appears on the preparation page. "Write it down while it is still fresh." A handful of simple questions are waiting there. What was said. What you should remember. What was unclear. What you want to ask next time.

Continuum organises your notes. We do not interpret a single word. Open follow-ups and lingering questions surface again on the overview and in your next preparation.

Open "Health timeline" to see everything you have added: preparations, explanations, and notes. Sorted in chronological order. It is your health story, calmly organised by you.

Your overview also carries the panel "What we have noticed for you". The notes inside are calm and observational, for example "Headache was mentioned in 3 entries". No judgement. No prediction.
