A symptom intake patients finish before they arrive.
Patients describe their symptoms in their own language. Your team gets a structured summary with the warning signs on top. It runs inside your website or on your own servers.

What the patient sees
Lower back pain since Saturday.
Does the pain travel into your leg?
What your team receives
Lower back pain · since Saturday · 6/10
Pain into the left leg · on and off
Summary of what the patient said. Not a diagnosis.
How the intake works
-
The patient writes
In their own words and their own language.
-
A short interview
Follow-up questions about timing, severity and what else came with it.
-
Warning signs on top
Recognised red flags are highlighted. The triage decision stays with your clinicians.
-
The summary arrives
In your own form or at your own endpoint, as readable text and as JSON.
What it does, and what it never will
It does
- Asks follow-up questions in the patient's language
- Highlights recognised warning signs
- Delivers readable text and structured JSON
It never will
- Diagnose, name a cause or recommend treatment
- Score urgency or replace your triage
- Act as an emergency service
Three ways in
-
On your website
Available nowOne script tag on your existing contact or booking form. It runs in an isolated frame, only on your domains, and sets no cookies.
-
Into your systems
Available nowEach finished intake is sent to your https endpoint as signed JSON. We do not have ready-made connectors for specific patient record systems yet, so we map the data together with your IT team.
-
On your own infrastructure
Agreed togetherA dedicated instance in your network or region. We scope it case by case, it is not a download. Hosting and the connection to the language model come first.
What happens to the patient's words
- Patient's browser Holds the conversation
- Continuum Stores nothing but a daily counter
- AI provider Anthropic, US, SCCs, no training
- Your system Receives the summary
- Your domains only. The browser enforces it with frame-ancestors.
- Every webhook is signed with your own secret, and a delivery older than five minutes is rejected.
- We agree data processing terms before any patient data flows. Servers are in the EU. Designed for GDPR-compliant handling.

Questions clinics ask first
Who is responsible for clinical decisions?
You are. Continuum summarises what the patient says and never diagnoses.
Which languages does it work in?
German, English, French, Spanish, Persian, Arabic, Swedish, Russian. It also follows the language the patient actually writes in.
Does the patient need an account or an app?
No. It runs inside your page, with no account and no cookies.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Probably, through the signed webhook. There is no ready-made connector for a specific record system yet. Tell us what you use and we will say honestly whether it fits.
What if a patient describes something urgent?
Warning signs appear at the top of the summary. The intake is not an emergency channel, so put your emergency number right next to it.

A few lines are enough. A real person reads every inquiry and replies.
