Is Continuum medical software?

No. Continuum is an experimental research prototype. The output is generated by an AI model and has not been reviewed by clinicians. It can contain errors. We strongly recommend that you do not base any medical, treatment, or lifestyle decision on a Continuum brief. Always confirm anything that matters with a qualified healthcare professional.

Does Continuum diagnose me?

No. You can optionally tell Continuum how you feel: it asks a few plain questions the way a doctor would and maps your symptoms onto a simple body outline. It organises and summarises — it never names a condition and never replaces your doctor.

Do I need an account?

No. You can build a brief, download it, and leave without registering. An account is useful only if you want to save briefs or share one with a family member.

What does Continuum cost?

Continuum is free today. We will eventually introduce pricing that covers the AI cost, but Phase 0 stays free.

How long does processing take?

Usually between 30 and 90 seconds, depending on the number and size of the documents.

Which file formats are supported?

PDF, JPG, and PNG. Up to ten files at once, each up to ten megabytes.

What happens if a document is unreadable?

We mark the whole brief at the top as low confidence and include only what we could read reliably. We never guess.

Will my files be used to train AI models?

No. Anthropic, our AI provider, is contractually prohibited from using your data for training. We do not keep your originals anyway.

Where is my data stored?

The database is in the EU. AI inference runs at Anthropic in the US, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. The account page has a delete button that removes your account, all briefs, and every caregiver access immediately.

Can I use Continuum on my phone?

Yes. The site works on any device. You can also add Continuum to your home screen and use it as an app.

Is Continuum a diagnosis?

No. Continuum is a clarity tool, not medical advice. It arranges what is already in your documents and suggests nothing.

Can my doctor use Continuum?

Yes. Continuum is for the person attending the appointment. Doctors can read the brief, print it, and file it with the patient record.

Which languages do you support?

German, English, French and Spanish. Continuum detects your browser language automatically and you can switch from the top right.

How do I share a brief with family?

In your account, invite a family member by email. They see the brief, can download it, but cannot change anything. You can end the access at any time.

Ready to try it once?

No account needed to try it. Your files are deleted after processing.
