Is Continuum medical software?

No. Continuum is an experimental research prototype. The text is written by an AI model and has not been reviewed by clinicians. It can contain errors. We strongly recommend that you do not base any medical, treatment, or lifestyle decision on a Continuum brief. Please check anything important with a qualified healthcare professional.

Does Continuum diagnose me?

No. If you like, you can tell Continuum how you feel. It asks a few simple questions, the way a doctor would, and marks your symptoms on a simple body outline. Then it sums up what you said. It does not name an illness, and it does not replace your doctor.

Do I need an account?

No. You can make a brief, download it and leave without signing up. You only need an account to save briefs or to share one with a family member.

What does Continuum cost?

Continuum is currently free during its research and validation phase. No payment card is required.

How long does it take to make a brief?

Usually a few minutes, depending on how many documents you add and how large they are.

Which file formats are supported?

PDF, JPG, and PNG. Up to ten files at once, each up to 15 MB.

What happens if a document is unreadable?

The brief then carries a "low confidence" note at the top. It includes only what we could read reliably. We leave the rest out rather than guess.

Will my files be used to train AI models?

No. Anthropic, our AI provider, is not allowed by contract to use your data for training. We also delete your original files as soon as your brief is ready.

Where is my data stored?

Our database is in the EU. The AI that reads your documents runs at Anthropic in the USA. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the legal safeguards for data sent from the EU to the USA.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. On your account page, a delete button removes your account, all your briefs and all access you have given to others, straight away.

Can I use Continuum on my phone?

Yes. The site works on any device. You can also add Continuum to your home screen and use it as an app.

Can my doctor use Continuum?

Continuum is made for you, the person going to the appointment. Your doctor reads the brief you bring, on paper or on screen, and can keep it with your records.

Which languages do you support?

German, English, French, Spanish, Persian, Arabic, Swedish, Russian and Danish. Continuum detects your browser language automatically and you can switch from the top right.

How do I share a brief with family?

In your account, invite a family member by email. They see the brief, can download it, but cannot change anything. You can end the access at any time.
