Continuum is the note we wished we had been holding. One page, clear, complete enough that the conversation does not start from scratch.

What Continuum is

Continuum takes the medical documents you already have, PDFs, hospital letters, lab reports, photos of prescriptions, and produces a structured summary as a printable A4 PDF. You take it with you to the visit.

What Continuum is not

Continuum does not diagnose. It does not suggest treatment. It does not replace your doctor. What we produce is descriptive, never interpretive. If a finding is unclear, we leave it out rather than guessing.

That is a design choice, not a disclaimer.

Our principles

Privacy by default

We delete your originals the moment the brief is ready. You can use Continuum without an account.

Clarity over cleverness

We use a plain typographic language because doctors read quickly and decoration gets in the way.

Translation, not interpretation

We arrange what is already in your documents. We add nothing that is not there. If a finding is unclear we leave it out.

Who builds it

Continuum is built by Knightify, a small software studio in Vienna. We build Continuum because we want this tool for our own families. We handle your data the way we would want someone to handle our parents data.

The legally responsible company is Knightify FlexCo, registered with the Commercial Court Vienna (FN 666564 t). Full provider identification in the imprint.
