Why we built this

We went with family members through long treatments. We carried reports between GPs, specialists and hospitals. And we saw the same thing again and again: the folder was thick, the time was short, and the key question came too late.

Continuum is the note we wish we had brought with us. A single sheet, complete enough that the conversation does not start from zero.

What Continuum is

Continuum reads the medical documents you already have: PDFs, hospital letters, lab reports or photos of prescriptions. From them it makes a short, easy-to-scan summary as an A4 PDF you can print. You take it with you to the visit.

What Continuum is not

Continuum does not diagnose or suggest treatment, and it does not replace your doctor. It describes what your documents say without reading meaning into it. If a finding is unclear, we leave it out instead of guessing.

Privacy by default

We delete your uploaded files once the brief is ready. You can try Continuum without signing up.

Clarity over cleverness

We keep the page simple. Doctors read quickly, and decoration only gets in the way.

Translation, not interpretation

We put what your documents already say into a sensible order. We add nothing of our own.

Who builds it

Continuum is built by Knightify, a small software studio in Vienna. We build Continuum because we want this tool for our own families. We handle your data the way we would want someone to handle our parents' data.

The legally responsible company is Knightify FlexCo, registered with the Commercial Court Vienna (FN 666564 t). Full provider identification in the imprint.
